CEO for One Month is the talent program from The Adecco Group now in its seventh edition. Every year more than 10,000 young people compete in trials and tests to evaluate their skills, attitudes and knowledge. The final phase for the best 10 involve four intense days inside the PHYD space in via Tortona in Milan, to decide on the winner who will follow the CEO of the Group Andrea Malacrida for an entire month. The Adecco Group asked us to focus on the Bootcamp and the final phase in a completely different way to the years before. This was the idea behind the Reality CEO video format, the reality show hosted by Massimiliano Loizzi, to accompany viewers on the various days until the winner of the seventh edition was chosen.
